Healthy Me Program – Charlottetown City Police
We are delighted to be welcoming Constable Mike Rae to our classroom to deliver the Healthy Me program. This program has been developed by Charlottetown police and student services workers and focuses on drug abuse and mental health. It has recently replaced the former DARE program. This is Constable Rae’s third time delivering this type of program at GCS. I can assure you that your child is in good hands and at the end of the program will have found an incredible supporter in Constable Rae.
Chilly Weather & Warmer Clothing
As we experience more winter-like temperatures and weather conditions, please remind your children to come prepared for outdoors. Students are encouraged to carry a warm hat and mittens in their backpacks everyday and come dressed in a warm jacket.
