I hope you all had a very happy Thanksgiving! My favorite saying from the holiday: Get rich quick! Count your blessings. J

One of the blessings I am thankful for is your children who have been working hard to the glory of God over the past month of school!

Here we go with another full week.

Cross Country

One last reminder that we are heading to our Cross Country Event this Wednesday. Please make sure permission slips are returned by tomorrow and that your child is prepared to run!

Science and Technology Week – October 15-19

It’s just about that time of year when we celebrate our Creator God and the wonder of science! We have lots of activities planned for next week, including a robotics demonstration, a coding and mapping activity as we prepare to navigate the Belfast Corn Maze, and a science-themed art class. Please note that Tuesday, October 16 is Dress like a STEAM Professional Day (STEAM standing for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). That means that your child can come to school dressed as a person in any occupation that would use these disciplines. It is sure to be a fun-filled week of learning!

Fall Party – Trip to Belfast Corn Maze

For our annual Fall Party grades 3-6 will be travelling to Belfast Corn Maze on Thursday, October 18. Students will enjoy various activities such as the corn blaster, mini tractor-bike races, an obstacle course, a bouncy pillow, ball hockey, and basketball, as well as the complicated maze itself! Please be on the lookout for a permission form with more information coming to you this week.
