Good afternoon, everybody!

Last week students had a great time with all things cold! We had an enlightening Social Studies class finding the answers to the students’ questions about Antarctica. Also, students had a well-deserved half-hour out on the playground on Thursday, sledding, making snow angels, and just enjoying the freshly fallen snow.

Blog Changes

It has come to our attention that blog posts written on Sunday were not being sent via email until Monday when the school week had already started. Our Mr. Ellis has made some changes so that they should now be sent out soon after they are written, ensuring that you are informed about the upcoming week. If you are not receiving the blog post via email, please let me know.

Fashionably Late? Maybe Not…

Just a friendly reminder to be sure to try to have your child here at school by 8:45. Students have to shed their outwear, tie their shoes, gather supplies from their kitbag, copy homework, and have their agenda looked at by their teacher all BEFORE 9:00 when we start class. It is difficult to have a smooth start to the day when half of the students are entering the room as the rest of the class is already singing “O Canada.” Thank you very much for your cooperation in this.
