Happy Islander Day! I hope everyone is enjoying this cold sunshiney long weekend. Take note below of information regarding elementary’s first skating day. If you have any questions about skating or any other information below don’t hesitate to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Students in Grades 1 – 6 will participate in their first elementary skate this Wednesday, Feb 20th from 1:30 – 2:30. An official permission slip outlining all the details of our skating events will be sent home with your child on Tuesday. Please have your child return their signed permission slip and payment of $5 which will cover all three elementary skates throughout the coming weeks.
Students that wish to participate in skating must have their own skates and helmet. Students are not obligated to participate, however those who do not wish to participate in our skating events must be picked up at school at 12:15.
Toys at School
Please remind your child that toys from home are not allowed to come with them to school unless for a class show and tell. This includes extra notebooks, any type of playing cards, stuffed animals etc.
