Another week has come and gone.  We continue online learning for school and I know my own kids are learning some new skills outside of the class as well.  I am grateful for a God who can see the bigger picture while we sit and wonder what’s next.  We have a short week but full week again.

PLEASE make Math and Language a priority for your child.  Each task is working specific skills to build academic abilities.  While I understand that not all of them are enjoyable, I would appreciate them being attempted.

Science:  Have you ever seen a big cruise ship or fishing boat and wondered, “How does that boat float?” Students will investigate this question through a fun hands-on activity that integrates science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Gym: A new version of the physical activity log will start this week. Students in grade 1-4 will not be required to record what they’ve done to stay active throughout the week anymore. At the end of the week students will simply indicate “yes” or “no” to the question, “Did you participate in at least 20 minutes of physical activity each day?” in an activity posted on Seesaw.
