Good Morning Kindergarten Families,

We had a visit from some of the Island Storm Basketball players last week.  They generously gave each student in the school a free ticket to tomorrow’s Basketball game at 2:00pm.  Please check your child’s kit bag for the free ticket.

This month we will celebrate many kindergarten birthdays! If you would like to send in a birthday cake, or cupcakes, or fruit prepared from a store such as:

Supper Store

we would be glad to serve it to the students.

Things to watch for this week include:

Monday: Computers, Gym,

**with the many weather changes that effected last weeks schedule, we will endeavor to have our popcorn and movie this afternoon

Tuesday: Reading Buddies, Music, Art

Wednesday: No Chapel today, lunch money and Milk Money Due

Thursday: Special Music class with Mrs. Wilting and the grade 11 class create a musical story for us; Parent / Teacher Conference 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Friday: No School Today Parent / Teacher Conference 10:00am-12:00pm

Feb 12-16: Love of Reading Week: Students will participate in fun reading activities (at their level) more information will follow

Kindergarten Art Program: Second Addition will begin soon.  *Details and cost will be posted soon

Feb. 19 – Islander Day – No School, many stores are closed today for families to spend time together.

Feb. 20-23 Winter Carnival Week: High School students plan a week of fun activities for the entire school to participate in
