Hello families,

Here we are, into the last 4.5 days of the 2022 school year.

This has been a fast fall season despite the challenges of the nasty bugs we have been subject to, and we can’t forget Fiona…

I hope you were able to enjoy the play our Elementary and Kindergarten students participated In. They looked so sweet and sang their hearts out.

This week we will continue to grow our phonics and number skills while using a Christmas theme.

To add to the excitement of this week, here are activates our student counsel chose for us to enjoy during this last week of school.

For the last week of school before Christmas break, our Student Events team have planned a week of fun, Christmas theme days for all staff and students! Check out the theme days for next week.

Monday – Festive Colors Day: Celebrate the season by choosing Christmas colors for your outfit. Wear your red, green, white, silver or gold and accessories to participate!

Tuesday – Christmas Sweater Day: Wear your ugly (or beautiful!) Christmas sweater. Choose one that is ready-made or use your imagination to create your own unique design!

Wednesday – Christmas PJ Day: Live the excitement of Christmas morning by wearing your pajamas to school. Festive designs are great, but all pajamas are welcome.

Thursday – Christmas Luau & Christmas Hat Day: Wear a Hawaiian print shirt and top it with a Santa hat, reindeer antlers, an elf hat or a Christmas-themed toque as we countdown to Christmas!

Friday: Casual half day student pick up at Noon.

Thank you for all the areas you may have contributed to this season. Christmas shoe box, supporting seniors at Prince Edward home and our teacher’s wish list from Amazon. Our class has already received and are enjoying some of those items now! We all are becoming more selective about where our money goes to these days, and I thank you for your support and love shown in these ways.

It is my prayer that you will know the love of Father God more this year than last year. That He sees you, He hears you and He loves you.

May you have a safe and blessed holiday season with those around you.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Perry.
