Thank you so much for your participation in the Food Drive. Our class filled one large box. Thank you for your generosity!
Homework for Senior Kindergarten Students:
I have made changes to this package because of your helpful feedback.
There will no longer be assigned days to complete the activities. Instead, the children will choose the activities they wish to do and complete as many or as few as they/you like. The folders will be sent home monthly instead of weekly.
Please remember there is no expectation for your child to complete these pages. This will in no way effect their grade. Please do not feel any pressure for your child to complete this work.
Why?…you may ask, did I send the enrichment home??
The package was initiated by requests from some families who wanted their children to practice reading and have some work to do while siblings worked on their own homework.
I hope this is helpful. If you have any suggestions, or comments, I am happy to listen.
Parent Teacher Interviews: Parent-teacher interviews will be held on Thursday, April 15. Please note that I will contact you this week if I have any concerns about your child and would like to meet with you.
