A good Sunday morning to everyone.

Has it stopped snowing already??

Our playground is a wonderful place to play and explore each day. I ask for students to hold off on wearing shoes just yet for recess as April weather causes wet and soggy ground to play on. Rubber boots are best until the ground dries up a bit in a couple of weeks.

We have been learning about plants and how they grow.  The children check their plants every day to discover how much they have grown.

This week we will talk about how we can care for what God has given to us relating to the earth. This Thursday, we will recognize Earth Day by wearing colors or prints that remind us of God’s earth, plants or creatures.

**As always, thank you for the choices you are making to help keep our community safe**

Important Dates

  • Friday, May 7 – PD Day (NO SCHOOL)
  • Thursday, May 20 – Arts Coffee House (more information to come…)
  • Monday, May 24 – Victoria Day (NO SCHOOL)

Have a good week everyone.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Laura Perry
